T&C Coin, Collectibles & Curios runs tccoinshop.com. This page says what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It's short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you email or call us. Your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about what you're looking for. We need it to reply to you.
When you buy something. Your name, email, shipping address, and order details. We need these to send you your coins.
Your card details never touch our website. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages. We never see, hold, or store your card number. Stripe tells us only that a payment succeeded and where to ship.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, fulfil your order, and keep the records the IRS and state law require us to keep. If you ask us to, we'll email you when something you're looking for comes in. That's all.
We do not sell your information, and we never will. We don't trade or rent mailing lists.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the shop work, and only the part each one needs: Stripe for payments, USPS for delivery, GoHighLevel, which holds the messages you send us so we can follow up, Google Analytics, which counts visits, and Cloudflare, which serves the website. Each is bound to use your information only to provide that service. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it, which for a precious-metals dealer includes federal reporting obligations on certain transactions.
Cookies
The shopping cart is kept in your own browser's storage so your coins are still there if you close the tab. It never leaves your device and we can't read it.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets its own cookies and we ask it to shorten your IP address before storing it. It tells us how the shop is used, not who you are. We don't run advertising cookies and we don't let anyone track you across other websites. Your browser's “do not track” or tracking-protection settings, or any ad blocker, will stop it, and nothing on this site stops working if you block it.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept as long as tax and precious-metals reporting rules require. Enquiries that don't turn into an order are kept while we're still in touch about them, and cleared out afterwards.
Your choices
Email thomas@tccoinsabq.com or call (505) 518-2288 and we'll tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it, other than records we're legally required to keep. Any email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects an order in progress.
Children
This shop isn't intended for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information you've already given us will be emailed to you.
