What shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $5.00 per order, no matter how many coins you buy, and it's free once your order reaches $75.00. You'll see the exact amount in your cart before you pay.
We ship to United States only.
When it arrives
Orders leave within 1–2 business days of payment clearing, and take another 3–7 business days in transit with USPS. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Every order ships insured for its full value at no extra charge. Orders of $500.00 or more require a signature on delivery, so please use an address where someone can sign.
Coins ship discreetly. Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what's inside.
Returning a collector coin
If a collector or graded coin isn't what you expected, you have 5 days from delivery to ask for a return. Email thomas@tccoinsabq.com or call (505) 518-2288 before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and tell you how to pack it.
The coin has to come back in the condition it left in, in its original holder, with the grading label intact. A coin removed from a sealed PCGS or NGC holder can't be returned, because breaking the holder destroys the certification the price was based on.
Return postage is paid by the buyer, and we recommend insuring it for the full value. Once your return arrives and checks out, we refund to your original payment method within five business days. A 10% restocking fee applies, with a minimum of $15.00.
We check every returned coin against the one we sent, including its photographs and weight. If what comes back isn't the coin that left here, we can't refund it.
Bullion is priced on the day
Bullion and other spot-priced metal is final sale. The price you pay is locked to the metals market at the moment you order, and that market moves continuously, so we can't take metal back at a price the market has since left behind. This is standard across the trade and it's why bullion pricing is as tight as it is.
If you cancel a bullion order after it's confirmed, you're responsible for the market loss, meaning the difference if the metal is worth less when we resell it than when you bought it. If the market moved in our favour, there's nothing to pay.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right, whatever it takes. That's separate from the return window above and it applies to everything we sell, bullion included. Keep the packaging, we may need it for the insurance claim.
Every graded coin we sell is guaranteed authentic and guaranteed to match its certified grade. Bullion is guaranteed for weight and purity. If an independent grader ever says otherwise, we refund you in full.
