These terms cover buying from T&C Coin, Collectibles & Curios at tccoinshop.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices
Bullion is priced off the live precious-metals market and changes throughout the day. The price you see when you order is the price you pay, and it holds for that order only. Collector and graded coins are priced individually on date, mint mark, and condition.
We try hard to keep the catalog accurate. If a coin is listed at an obviously wrong price or described incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than complete it. We'll tell you why.
Stock
We sell the same coins in person as online, and inventory is small and one-of-a-kind by nature. Occasionally a coin sells before the website catches up. If that happens after you've paid, we refund you in full straight away, and we'll tell you when a comparable piece comes in.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Orders ship once payment has cleared. We may ask to verify identity on larger orders, which is normal for a precious-metals dealer.
Title and risk
Ownership passes to you once payment clears in full. Everything ships insured, so if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we handle the claim and make you whole. See Shipping & Returns.
Authenticity
Graded coins arrive sealed in their PCGS or NGC holders, exactly as certified. Everything else is checked by hand before it ships, and bullion is guaranteed for weight and purity.
If a coin we sold you is ever shown to be inauthentic or to not match its certified grade, bring it back and we refund the full purchase price. That guarantee doesn't expire.
Returns
Collector and graded coins can be returned within 5 days of delivery, sealed as they left us, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Bullion and spot-priced metal is final sale, because its price is tied to a market that moves by the minute. The full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.
What we don't promise
Coins are collectibles and metals are commodities. Both can go up or down in value. We sell coins, we do not give investment advice, and nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell as an investment. Spot prices, melt values, and the melt calculator are shown for information and can lag the live market. Talk to a licensed financial adviser before making an investment decision.
Guides and articles on this site are general education about coins and metals, not valuations of any coin you already own. Only a hands-on appraisal can do that.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. That doesn't limit anything that can't be limited by law, and it doesn't touch the authenticity guarantee above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. If something goes wrong, call us first. Most things are sorted out in one phone call.
